Executed the civil works for multiple retirement village developments for Oaktree Group across Orange, Dubbo, and Mudgee. Each project transformed a greenfield site into a fully serviced community for senior living, requiring a full suite of subdivision and infrastructure works delivered to high quality standards. Our scope of work spanned all phases of civil development, ensuring each village was ready for building construction. Key components included:
Bulk Earthworks: Cut, fill, and grading of each site to create level building pads and road corridors while managing site drainage contours.
Roads & Parking: Construction of internal road networks, driveways, and parking bays, including concrete pavements, concrete kerb and gutter
Underground Services: Installation of comprehensive underground utilities – potable water and fire mains, sewer pipelines, stormwater drainage systems, and electrical and NBN communications conduits – delivering all essential services to each new villa lot and community facility
Site Infrastructure: Building of pedestrian footpaths and construction of retention basins or bio-retention swales for stormwater management as required by each site’s design
Finishing Works: Detailed finishing tasks such as topsoiling, landscaping of common areas, and construction of retaining walls or fencing to integrate the villages into their surrounding neighborhoods
